Why it exists
AI-driven screening has turned recruitment into a black box. Candidates are rejected without ever learning why, which makes it impossible to improve, so the next application is no better than the last.
Vettae restores transparency. It gives an honest, objective, evidence-led assessment of how a candidate actually aligns with a specific role, so applicants know exactly where they stand before they apply rather than guessing afterwards.
The goal is to end the apply-and-pray model. Not more applications, better-aimed ones.
What makes it different
Most CV tools do static document analysis. Vettae does dynamic career coaching: it does not just find the gaps, it helps close them.
Through AI-led interviews it surfaces experience candidates have but failed to articulate, which is the single most common reason a strong candidate reads as a weak one on paper. That evidence feeds straight back into the score.
Where a gap is real rather than just unstated, Vettae builds a professional development path: the specific training, certifications and role moves that would genuinely close it, aligned to where the candidate wants to end up.
What you actually get
Two readers, two scores
Your CV is judged twice: once as an ATS parses it, once as a hiring manager reads it. The two scores are reported separately, because a CV can sail through keyword matching and still lose the human.
A projected score, not just a current one
Every report shows where you land today and where you would land after the recommended fixes, so you can see whether the work is worth doing before you do it.
Requirements met and missing, with sources
Each requirement is marked as evidenced, confirmed-in-interview-but-absent-from-the-CV, or genuinely missing. Knowing which of the three you are looking at changes what you do next.
The keywords, spelled out
Exactly which terms were found and which need adding, so there is no guessing at what the parser wanted.
